Our Process
From Booking to Gallery delivery
Here is what you can expect from our team from booking to when we delivery your final gallery of images. Wedding planning is a busy time, but to put your mind at ease here’s an outlines of just some of the things we do to help.

If you have an engagement session included in your collection we get to work immediately planning the right location and time of year for the look you are going for. Some couples schedule this 12 months in advance while others wait until a few months before the wedding- we are happy to accommodate both and everything in between! Your photos are delivered to you within 2 weeks via an online gallery where you have access to download all of the high-resolution images.
→ Twelve months before your wedding
We are available from day of booking until your wedding day to answer questions. Between planning your photo timeline and gathering your formal family photo list, we are here to help as much or as little as you want. We will connect with your planner and other professionals to ensure a seamless wedding day.
→ Nine months before your wedding
→ Two months before your wedding
We will be in touch to collect even more wedding details via a questionnaire. This helps us to further finetune your photo timeline in conjunction with your wedding day timeline so that everything runs smoothly. Get excited- your wedding is right around the corner!
→ The day of your wedding
The team arrives before the scheduled time to get all set up and quickly run through the schedule. We will then coordinate with your family and friends regarding scheduled start times for formal portraits and what to expect. This is going to be one of the best days of your life and we will capture the big and little moments throughout.
→ Immediately after your wedding
We upload all of your wedding images to hard drives and create backups. Within four days you will receive a link that includes a handful of sneak peek photos taken throughout the day.
→ The week after your wedding
The team starts working through your wedding images editing, retouching, and fine tuning them. We want to get these photos to you as soon as possible, but never rush our process or cut corners with quality. Only the best for our couples!
→ Nine weeks after your wedding
We deliver your finalized online wedding gallery with complete download and sharing information. Pour a drink and relive all of the amazing moments together.

How many weddings have you photographed?
Absolutely. Several kinds. Most venues will not let wedding professionals walk through the door without it.
Do you have insurance?
Never. The total is the total.
Will there be any extra charges?
Yes! We will hold your date with a completed contract + retainer.
Do you hold dates?
Of course! Payment options can be customized to what works best for you.
Do you offer payment plans?
Almost two decades (19 years to be exact). Trust me when I say you want someone experienced photographing this once in a lifetime event.
How many years have you photographed weddings?
Once you have your date + venue I would recommend booking. Most couples book their photographer 6-14 months in advance. However, we do save some dates for last minute elopements!
How far in advanced should we book you?
A lot. Two of the biggest differences are, one, how long we have been doing this, and two, the level of care you get when to come to us. We've sharpened our skills with over a decade of experience to offer the very best to our couples and families. Our business model is centered around creating lasting relationships with the people we serve. Many of our clients have been with us for over ten years (which I think says a lot). We believe in kindness, offering quality over quantity, and creating an second-to-none experience for the people who put their trust in us.
