Billie, Scott, and North Carolina will hold a special place in my heart forever. Such an amazing couple, I’m forever grateful we found each other and I was able to photograph their wedding.
They joked that their wedding would either be 250 people or 50 people. They opted for the latter and told me everyone there was VIP. S+B were super intentional with every part of their wedding weekend and created an event tailored around them and their guests.
A big part of the day was including Scott’s son. He was the best man and dressed to the nines to watch his dad get married.
Family and friends traveled from all over the United States to be there (including me!). I packed my whole family (including our dog) into the car and we drove nine hours so I could document this beautiful love story. It was a special trip for us because my husband got to show us Fort Liberty (aka Fort Bragg) where he was stationed for two years.
I am so overjoyed for these two! You both deserve all of the love and happiness that this world offers. ♥️
And just a final note… Thank you to Scott for devoting your entire adult life to serving our country. Your sacrifices don’t go unnoticed.
